Coolidge McClaine Park is rich with history, located adjacent to Silver Creek. The property is generously treed for shade in summer and has a variety of amenities including playground structures for two age groups, reservable picnic areas and covered pavilion with kitchen, BBQ grills, horseshoe pits and more.
The large covered pavilion in Coolidge McClaine Park holds 20 picnic table and several serving tables and is available for large or small gatherings. The proximity to horseshoes pits, swings and Silver Creek make it the perfect destination for family reunions or company picnics. The pavilion is located near the back of the park adjacent to a treed open space which is popular for small weddings.
The pavilion is available for rental May 1 through September 31 and reservations can be made on or after September 1 for the following reservation season.
There are eight picnic sections with tables. Seven sections are available for reservation in Coolidge McClaine Park. Sections are spread out around the park; some near play areas, some nestled against the shaded hillside, some adjacent to Silver Creek. Sections have between two and eight tables, most with BBQ grills. Picnic areas are free to reserve and are perfect for birthday parties and family gatherings.
