The Public Works Department is now open for limited hours, from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily. Appointments can be made outside of these times, during regularly scheduled staff hours.
Face masks are required inside City Hall. It is highly encouraged to call ahead to schedule a time to meet with staff to ensure availability. Occupancy in the Community Development/Public Works reception area is currently limited to two people or one family, to ensure proper physical distancing can be met.
The Engineering Division provides technical support to the Public Works and Community Development departments. This division plans, designs, manages, and monitors all public improvement projects and developer based public improvements.
Public Works Permits
A Public Works Permit is required for connecting to, repairing, or constructing public utilities such as water, sewer, storm drainage, or City owned streets; including curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. For more information, please contact the Engineering Department.
Contractors & developers are encouraged to contact Engineering Department staff at any point with questions or concerns about their proposed or current projects.
