Permit Applications

In consideration of public health concerns related to COVID-19, the City of Silverton has modified city services to include acceptance methods for permit applications and plan submissions.
Please see below for more details:

  • Inspection scheduling, inspection results, and tracking the progress of submitted applications may be done online through the Silverton Permit Portal at
  • Inspections may also be scheduled by leaving a detailed message at 503-874-2208.
  • Permit applications are available below. Permit applications for work that does not require a plan review can be emailed to, placed in the drop box by the city hall parking lot exit or mailed to 306 S. Water Street, Silverton, OR 97381
  • Plan submission or pickup will be done by appointment only and requires 24 hours notice. To schedule an appointment call 503-874-2207.
